Job Description:
The Candidate will be handling Admin/Customer, Research and Data processing assignments.
Or
The candidate would be responsible for undertaking training on customer service, help desk, calendar management and Admin processes and assurance of qualitative execution.
Or
The candidate needs to reach out to customers to fix up the appointments and meetings as per the client's requirement. Not to be considered as an outbound sales process.
The Candidates may have to deal with multiple clients at one time as their would be a lot of avail between the process calls.

Target oriented for Inbound and outbound calls.Should have good knowledge of MS -office.Prior Experience in US and Uk calling.
