Hiring for Sr. Soft skill Trainer / behavioral trainer for Gurgaon Location. Soft Skill / Behavioral Trainer, being part of the Learning & Development vertical will be responsible for delivering Soft Skill & Behavioral training to all employees and design / develop relevant training content. A highly energetic, creative, innovative and enthusiastic individual with ability to engage and influence people. The individual while at one hand will work as a facilitator addressing all training needs shall further would be required to manage coordination activities of all training programs across organization and collect & report data to all concerned stakeholders. Also, the individual will create awareness amongst all employees on various L&D initiatives using all possible sources and tools. Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct soft skill / behavioral training programs for employees at all levels • Engage learner to encourage participation and achieve desired results • Design and develop content for soft skill / behavioral training programs • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training conducted Qualification Experience Required: • Education Qualification: Min.
